The project involved major alterations to the rear of the building, including the addition of new living spaces and amenities, double height internal voids, new in-ground pool and a fully enclosed garage and trafficable / green roof, forming a large al fresco dining terrace adjacent to the new kitchen.

New bedrooms, balconies and bathrooms were added to the second story with the existing roof void being converted into an art studio accessible via a new feature spiral stair or the new internal lift installed to service all 4 levels.

Parts of the existing building to be retained were given a complete refurbishment including new light fittings, electrical and plumbing services, new joinery, floor finishes and of course new paint throughout, inside and out.
