With one of the best views in Waverton and nestled amongst majestic Angophoras, this newly built home replaces an outdated dwelling long past it's use by date. Elevated on the high side of this steep site, the construction was always going to be challenging. Construction of a lift from garage to ground and upper floor was in off-form concrete as were many aspects of this home.
Curve structural steel and curve panelling is obvious from both inside and outside of house. The extensive use of tallowwood provides a great contrast to the industrial look of off-form concrete.
