Set on the waterfront with foreshore restrictions and a difficult site, this was always going to be a challenging project.
The Architects have created a house with a series of three distinct pavilions linked by two open courtyards allowing the house to gradually step down the site, with very little of the existing house retained.
Floors were predominately Blackbutt, laid on concrete slab via battens. Internal walls encompassed plasterboard & white set.
External finishes included full brick rendered walls, ExoTec sheets and CMX.
External windows and doors were of commercial grade clear anodised ALSPEC sections. Manufacturing of windows were done on site, custom made specifically for this project.
